Let’s go Golden Eagles!

Renae (for the cross country coaches)

Make sure you are signed up via Renae Severn – 509-979-5855 and then you will be put on the email distribution list in order to receive important info.

Get your physicals and fill out the paperwork ASAP (under information tab).  If you had a physical done last year and it is on file with SAC then you are good for another year.  But please fill out all other paperwork for the current year.

Payments will be collected when turning in your paperwork.  $20 can be in either cash, check to Spokane Athletic Co-op, or via venmo to @docsevern.  Any questions, contact Renae.

If you have a uniform shirt from last year and it fits, you may use it again.  If you need to order a uniform shirt, click the link below to access the online store (will open mid August).  They will run around $20. The uniform shirt the runners must run in is the Sport Tek Posi Charge Competitor Tee in Gold.  All other items on this store are available for your optional purchase.  I know our kids loved some of the sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts to wear as the weather got colder.  Please also understand these are all optional, but the uniform shirt is required for your runner to run in the meets.  The other optional item is putting a name on back (it does cost extra). Parents, grandparents, and friends and family – help support your Golden Eagles by wearing some swag and cheering them on at the meets.

Once the schedule is released by the Parochial League you will see it posted here.  Please check back.

One important date to keep in mind for all Cross Country Families – October 4 we need everyone’s help.  We are hosting the meet for the league.  We will have an assistant host also, but we will need to cover a lot of the duties to create a smoothly run meet.  If we could ask you to pick one meet over any other to be at it would be this one.  You will have a chance to see your own child run by alternating work shifts with others if need be.  Thank you!!
